a local studio with a considered point of view.
We are a Nairobi-based design studio creating interiors and spaces with warmth, clarity and character. We bring together spatial thinking, material knowledge and a close understanding of how people live, work and gather in Kenya.
Our work moves between private homes, hospitality, retail and cultural spaces. We work with clients, architects, contractors and local makers to make ideas real, with careful attention to proportion, light, texture and detail.
We keep our team close to every project, so the people you meet at the beginning are the people shaping the work through to completion. It makes the process more direct, more collaborative and more accountable.

Every project begins with its setting, its climate, its materials and the people who will use it. Context is not a constraint. It is where the character starts.

We design spaces to be lived in, used and remembered. Beauty matters, but so do comfort, durability, maintenance and the small rituals of everyday life.

The best interiors do not overwhelm the people in them. We create a clear framework, then leave room for personality, change and life to unfold.
